House proud? Me? Bwa-ha-ha-ha!
Jul. 3rd, 2003 08:50 amI've been in a mad rush trying to get my house and yard ready for the Pre-Gather Convergance at my house in a bit more than 3 weeks--the yard is slowly taking shape, but it isn't what I'd like it to be by now. I need to go buy a sprinkler for the veggie garden, and probably a hose or two. :::sigh:::
For those interested, here is what my garden looked like in 2001. I let it go fallow last year, and so I am having a hell of a time getting it back in shape this year.

It's so cold here right now. I'm going to luxuriate in the warmth there.
For some examples of my city right now...see Melbourne!

It' hot, Ceredwyn, REALLY hot--and humid to boot. right now I'd say it's in the high 80's F, and the humidity is about 80%.
My salad mixture had bolted (gone to flower and seed) even before I could have any. Now it's too bitter to eat.
OK, back to work for me.
