What are the Rules?

Did you ever have the unfortunate opportunity to be thrust or pulled into a game with a group of people with whom you held a mutual dislike? Where the rules ran like quicksilver, where the rest worked in wordless concert against you, and you weren't allowed to know how to play the game, or what the object of the game even was? Where no matter how smart you were, or how clever, or how devoted to playing fair, there was no way in hell or heaven or earth they would let you win?

That is what Dick Cheney and Karl Rove and George Bush are doing to us now.

Know the Rules. Make the executive branch play by them.
