Not sure of that. Not sure they have insurance. Or what the deductable is. Or how it would affect their premium. Not sure I want to have to take my cousin to court to get reimbursed.

Which often happens with insurance claims of this nature.

Just gonna chaulk it up to shear accident, and bite the bullet.
