I dropped my camera, and this is the result.

However, I got a free bike today, one that had been abandoned.

So, I suppose things could be a whole lopt worse.

Well, once I get my hands on a set of jeweler's screwdrivers, I'm gonna try fixing it myself. What have I got to lose?

As for professional help, well, there's not much here in the valley. I honestly don't know if any exists.

It's an old camera, they don't make them any more. It was only a 1.3 megapixel, and takes the now-obsolete SmartMedia.

If I can't fix it myself, I'll save up for a good one, something with 10X optical zoom, and 3 or more megapixels.

No need to go and get jewelers tools, Mom. I bought you the Olympus C-765. It's sitting right next to me as I type this. I'll be sending it in the mail soon, once I figure out how much it will cost in shipping. I'm down to about $100 after I give dad rent. I'll wait to go see Revenge Of The Sith until my next paycheck and I don't really need to spend my money on going to the club, even though I met someone new. You and your needs are more important right now and I have no problem spending that money. I also got you a 256 MB XD card.
