Help me out here folks...

Some time ago someone posted a URL to a website about a female police officer who had her trash confiscated from in front of her house as a part of an ongoing investigation for drug use. among the debris was a tampon--yes, not a new one. It was sent off for drug testing, and for sperm as well.

Can anyone help me find that article or reference again?

That was me, it happened in my town, the article was in the Christmas-week issue of my local weekly paper, I think the link is in my LJ somewhere, and when I've been up for more than half an hour, I might go looking for it.
