Peter Von Ocham, Paul Coppolelli, and Mary Emmens.
Um, were you thinking of the singing group of the 60's?
*grin*
Coppo said that all his life he had never had the opportunity to be in the same place with another Peter and Mary at the same time. We had to take a commerative photo.
Peter is a proffessor at University of Rhode Island, who sings with a period-correct boy-soprano voice and plays the lute, Paul is a fine tenor/baritone, and Mary is the wife of our Green Man/Mage, Bill. She play Lady Medici.
I know. I listened to the music incessantly for all my life (up until recently,.. most of it is just a tad too happy for me right now.) I just wasn't sure if you were being serious and they were of the group, or if it was a play on ... people. :) That's all. I could probably recite albums and lyrics all the day long if inclined. OR drunk.
I believe they started up around 1965 or '69. I don't know offhand. I DO wonder what they are up to, and if still making music, what it is.
Woot! *sings* Here in right field, it's not easy you know! You gotta know how to catch. You gotta know how to throw. That's why I'm here in right field just watching the dandelions grooowwww.
*jumping up and down frantically waving arm a la Hermione Granger* me me me -- I remember -- one of my all-time favorites! Sang a lot of their songs in a folk group while in college in 1965 to 1967! (note: that's when I was a soprano and played 12-string acoustic guitar!) Yay Peter Paul and Mary!! :-D
