Remember when I posted those pictures of the incredible rock formations by an unknown golf course? flattland was kind enough to post information; They are at the Arrowhead Golf Course, in Littleton, CO. They're part of a natural formation called "The Flat Irons".

Here is an even better picture taken in 2003 at the 14th hole:

It is a fab formation to be sure,but does it not make you a little uneasy?,all leaning in one direction ,un-natural!still a great photo

Yes, it does seem odd, doesn't it? It puts me in mind of those illustrations on the covers of science fiction books with yellow skies and green suns sorta fing.
