Brewer's yeast is very high in B-complex if I recall.

Date: 2004-01-30 08:14 am (UTC)I have been reading up on sources for B1 (brewers yeast is available here from health food shops), but I was honestly interested as to what Brits would think of as B1 sources. Hence my restriction. ;-)
