ambitious_wenchOK, time for another one of Jema's beautiful pictures. It inspired a poem entitled
The Wintered Rose
How sudden
the winter comes
to land
with wings of ice
small kisses of snow
leave marks
rimmed in red
like eyes
weeping for summer's
warmth
and at the heart
of the wintered rose
clusters
of hore-frost flowers
bloom white
and
fade.
