It could be that the biggest reason you were pulled over is becuase your car has an out of state plate on it. Since moving to Oklahoma, the car has been pulled over seven times simply becuase of the California plate. After my husban would chat with the officer, he would admit that the plate was the only reason the car was pulled over.
