Gender ambiguity? She looks like your standard-issue bodybuilder to me. Her left hip looks odd but I see nothing ambiguous there.

The flesh tones on her face don't seem to match her body. Could the head be Photoshopped onto the body?

Also, dark body hair - blond hair on head. I'm a little suspicious.
