Sorry that was me in the above comment. Didn't realize I wasn't logged in. White men never "gave" us any guns. (Much like the Chinese didn't give white men gunpowder) They did bring guns to our world. And there was a concerted effort to disarm us in the course of the genocide. I would still disagree. My Native friends who are Republicans are very earnest in their desire to protect our right to defend ourselves. Thefore they are good Republicans in my eyes. They are affiliating themselves with the only party that will protect our rights in this area. Gun control is a platform of the Democratic party. so it is correct to say if you support the democratic party your are supporting the limiting and/or removal of our access to guns.
