My very first sighting of a bobcat in Yosemite! I was riding the bus back from getting breakfast at the lodge. We had just arrived at the visitor's center, when the bus driver spotted this bobcat and alerted us to it. He was kind enough to hold the bus while 3 of us got off to take pictures.

Afterwards, when I got back on the bus, I shouted "I got a picture of it!", and a woman in the back of the bus asked if I'd send her a copy. A family from Israel also asked if I would send them copies, too.

It is my pleasure to present this picture no only to my readers, but to those good folk as well.
